a fellow fitness lady aficionado, known as Pandalove on another forum, was kind enough to send me some old vhs tapes he had lying(laying??) around, and I have finally gotten some time to convert them! Thanks again Panda! Neither of us knows what show this is exactly. Some Japanese and English between sections. Anyone recognize these ???

Panda Love was kind enough to send a Cythnia Kereluk VHS tape, Lean Workout to me...I swear I had this tape years ago, and was copy guarded, but this one wasn't! A round of applause for Pandalove please!

Part 1, 35 MB, 5:44 the parts get better and better, with a great flourish at the end of the tape!
