My FAVORITE aerobic workout videos are the ones where they wear LEOTARDS AND TIGHTS! I LOVE The Firm workouts! Especially those HIGH POWERED HEAVY WEIGHT TIGHTS they wear with their LEOTARDS!

i found these in the net, the quality is poor (maybe somebody has them in better quality?), but at least she has cute flexible feet (check out No. 2, 4 and 5, well shaped legs and a nice pantyhose!
They are from the Book "Sexy Legs: How To Get Them and How To Keep Them" (published 1984). The only colour pic is the one from the cover.

These pics were scanned by me. The group mentioned on the pics does not exist anymore.
These girls are no aerobic instructors but members of a aerobic dance group.
The pics were scanned in the late 90ies and the book was printed earlier. I can't remember the exact date.
