style_driver what you can do is kinda what i do and search lookbook.nu [my only interest is just looking for leggings pics and moving on to the next set of pics] where you can focus in on the country that you live and find those individual's gals blog and contact some of them or simply you can check out the photos and get ideas for the photoshoots and the backgrounds lighting ect....with model-kartei you can contact individual photographers, participate on their forums and search by country-specific ect....you can view@post comment on photos and that might get you some contacts...it helps if you speak german; i dont but model-kartei is all over europe so you can find other members@models near your home country and most germans speak or can communicate in english

there are other things you should consider/try:
--a number of these gals are looking for photographers in order to get a decent quality photo on their respective blogs some dont even have a blog or site yet....model-kartei and lookbook should be fertile hunting grounds for that.
--remember that you will have to do a bit of cold-calling in the sense of sending emails ect and trying to contact models yourself directly as a photographer ect.
--there are websites and places where you can have business cards printed for free. Use those cards to visit schools, churches, bridal shops, athletic apparel shops, any business place that you might think may need a photographer to photograph an event/photoshoot that may be held. Find out If there are any clothing manufacturers or brands near your country that might need a photographer to showcase models for a online catalog. Look to small hometown newspapers or small publications for future events and make contact to see if they need a photographer. You may need to even place an ad. You have nothing to risk but a few bucks. Contact and or sign up on modeling agencies online. Party store rentals, catering services are all good places to call to see if you can leave business cards as a photographer...
Just some ideas off the top of my head i am sure if you do a bit of legwork and put effort you will be successful; remember you will have to do some legwork dont expect everything to come online.

there really were not too many blondes as wives of nazi party and high command officers back then...
