(edited and moved to asian swimsuit thread)

The Japanese one-piece pics are mostly good, but a lot of pro-sites have the models wear silicone bras, sometimes with fake nipples, to boost their bust. They also wear panties under their swimsuit, which is readily apparent. Try to avoid these pics because it destroys it for me and I'm sure others.

if it were me, i would have moved the japanese ones to the asian swimsuits thread....swimsuit modeling394-399 @swim meet 670,72 hosted

wanted to show you all my (late) grandmother (gal on the right)when she had just turned 21 years old or so in 1937 at the time of this photo [1100x1500+ pixels]

in actuality these are from: http://www.flickr.com/photos/boston_pub ... 087986445/ boston public library Title: Women at the beach
Creator/Contributor: Jones, Leslie, 1886-1967 (photographer)
Date created: 1937
Physical description: 1 negative : film, black & white ; 3 1/8 x 4 1/4 in.
Genre: Film negatives
i am amazed at the quality @detail of some of the photos and very nice sized pic for their age; the negatives must have been very well kept in order to produce the detail that these pics possess...some facebook pics which are from cheap phones are inferior quality to these!!!!

http://www.lesliejonesphotography.com/ The collection numbers approximately 34,000 images. At the request of the Leslie Jones Family, the Boston Public Library (BPL) has since the 1970s served as overseer for the collection, and has carefully archived it to strict standards for preservation. The family has been gracious in allowing full access to the collection. They have also supported the digitisation of the collection by the Boston Public Library Reproduction Studio. Given the careful digitisation of each of these otherwise fragile glass plate negatives, their viewing and the story they tell of Boston is now accessible to far more of the public across the globe. Also, digital viewing ensures the ageing glass plate negatives a longer life as it reduces physical rummaging.

i will also mention 3 photos that resemble leotards....they resemble ballet leotards but are some sort of bathing split 2 piece catsuit-like and of course they arent lycra photos titled: Paragon Park bathing girls at Nantasket direct link: http://www.flickr.com/photos/boston_pub ... 402481416/

Found the swimsuit thread. Same wetlook shiny swimsuit, different body shapes... any preference?

Looks like your expanding beyond leggings...swimsuits are HUGE on this board style_driver and yes you should expand your photography to include swimsuits but concentrate on 1-piece ones as you have posted....way to much competition regarding bikinis....i notice on model-kartei.de the sexy photographs involving one-piece ones (outdoors) get LOTS of comments, also if you can get the gals to model them with a swimming pool (preferably an outdoor pool) as a background it will do even better; some night photography or near sunset/twilight will enhance the mood take a look at my posting of swim meet 677 below as an example of course your gals are modeling and not swimming in a race but you can ask them to pose in naturally sexy positions near pools edge as these pics depict.......also look at swimsuit modeling 401-403 (amongst the larger hosted ones below for outdoors photoshoot inspirational ideas)
for those of you who dont know i am gladly serving as advising counselor to style_driver's photographic endeavors since his joining TPOWIS; on a pro-bono basis .....also i started posting oobar models and referencing his flikr link a few months prior to his arrival here; and now you know the rest of the story
------------------------------------------
sorry for the 2 track@field pics thAT DO NOT BELONG here; i saved them with swimsuits instead of track...........

i added the words at the bottom left to the following photo [and you will see more from this source next time]:

Thanks - adding this post a second time - not sure if technical issue on my side or rule broken (if 2nd apologies and let me know )

Davislove, thanks for swimsuit suggestions, I have been shooting the models quite often in these. Normally getting them in the metallic shiny type. The one piece suits this style better. Ill look to shoot poolside but I do think there is something sexy about the model shooting dry in a swimsuit in the studio, especially in heels, I can always spray them to get that wetlook!

One of my favourite swimsuits is this red designer one by Adidas Stella McCartney range - it didnt come cheap but has been used now in multiple shoots. The colour and texture is cool and grips the models figure nicely. Here it is one being worn by Monika - it looks kind of cool with the white terry towelling shorts. I can post some more of these without the shorts and full length but for now they are also available at Oobarmodels.com in the Models section.

Ps. I hope probono means free

yes styledriver i think some outdoors (pool background) photos as i suggested will work for you great; keep up the good work....everyone please enjoy this 'pro bono' presentation
the vw, for those of you international members, stands for west virginia university mountaineers college swim@dive team.

most of these are from tumblr (femininaverdad.tumblr.com - one of best tumblr about for athlectic hotties in tight clothing )

not sure where these are from but i like them...

cheers style diver.

i found out where these are from and they are from swimsuit-heaven.com. i am not sure if they are allowed to posted on here since its a pay-site. i will edit them out, if its against the rules.

dont worry capped4life swimsuit-heaven happens to be a member here: http://www.tpowis.net/forum/memberlist. ... le&u=14694 and HE DOESNT MIND others posting his work; in fact i remember getting nice comments from him once he joined us after noticing that i mentioned his site [and its http://www.swimsuit-heaven.net/ ]in some of my postings---i think he saw all the extra hits on his flikr link coming from tpowis and thats the reason he joined us.

as a courtesy/respect i havent posted much of his work lately (except when i did a kyosui asian swimsuit post)but he hasnt posted here any samples in a while either....

wasnt planning to do a post today (i abstain on weekends) but since i responded and i ALWAYS have pics on hand enjoy this 'tiny' presentation

MY LAST swimsuit photo presentation of the year should be a good one!
swimsuit modeling412-14 hosted

MY 1ST presentation of the new year [swimsuit modeling419 hosted]

MY 2ND presentation of the year; a little more geared towards swim meets...some of you 'old' veterans remember i used to do all swim meets; in fact i founded the swim meet competitions thread which was merged into the existing thread you see today.......obviously theres not enough content out there to support that habit so ive had to include photoshoots (and anything related to wearing 1-piece swimsuits) in order to post more frequently
and yes as you can see by that last hosted pic i just got a new GF

--the repeats arent intentional thats killatrons hosting service snaffu that cant handle 4000+ pixel-sized pics; so i had to redo those pics with another hosting service THAT CAN HANDLE those snaffus
