this used to be the 'aerials' thread...evaee is doing a fantastic job with this thread....must be commended for that as it is a regular stop for him almost every time he posts.......NOWADAYS THIS HAS MORPHED INTO MOSTLY A YOGA THREAD

on the other hand i only visit here once or twice a year NOT MY CUP OF TEA OBVIOUSLY; AERIALS THAT IS....hence why the name of the thread has been 'readjusted' and merged.
