[commentary] the only reason i am able to post as the hurricane IAN just made landfall with 150 mph winds is that i am on the east coast of the state 140 miles away...i lost power early this morning for 4 hours or so; disrupted breakfast albeit locally there were only no more than 25000 who did lost it in the county...for those folks in the sarasota fort myers and punta gorda AREA there are OVER A MILLION already without power state-wide and this thing just came on shore; its still has to go over the entire spine of the state albeit as it losses its punch quickly... a storm that will be remembered next century IE ONE FOR THE HISTORY BOOKS FOR SURE...
