This one is a Strayan style slow-mo. This isn't standard style slowmo where you just reduce the framerate, this is a cool little trick to double the amount of frames, resulting in a butter smooth slow motion effect. (Duration 3:30 minutes)

Greetings everyone!!! Just joined up. I introduced myself in the proper place, just long story short, like everyone else, been a fan of fitness shows for 25+ years. Missed a lot of good stuff, but also recorded some great stuff as well.
Cynthia Kereluk was about as hot as you can get, in my book! Used to record her show every day...but, sadly, tapes were not cheap, and were bulky, so deleted almost all of them...sigh...if only there had been Blank DVDs at 25 cents a pop then! Anyway, can't change the past....here is her best show, or at least a few minutes of it. Only time I saw her do circles and not pull the material out of her butt, and so for once, we got to see that sweet, sweet ass!!!!
