(over 40 years ago) MY PARENTS DECIDED TO MOVE OUR VERY YOUNG FAMILY FROM THE CHICAGO AREA TO PERMANENTLY LIVE IN 'SUMMER' 1st in Hawaii for about 4 years and now in the only part of this country that has a warm sub-tropical climate... -my internet service costs ~$67 per month I HAVE SINCE REMODELED THE modest HOME THEY BOUGHT HERE MAKING IT my own mini 'estate' its only about 700 more square feet than it was originally...
my parents couldnt afford to have 2 residences; i know in your case its different since you are based in SIBERIA
