i wonder how accurate this thing is from 150 +/- yards away to conduct an assasination attempt? [civilians arent allowed to purchase this one i think because this things are fully automatic military grade; so that ends that line of questioning]

took me ~ 5-6 minutes to search @ identify that weapon not [via image finder] The M240 is a medium machine gun that is found throughout the US military including Special Operations Forces. Firing 7.62mmx51mm NATO rounds from a disinegrating belt, the M240 series of machine guns has a reputation for stopping power and reliabilty. effective range is 600 to 1100 meters its actually a machine gun hence not available to civilians. length of that thing is 49" i assume shes ~5' 4" so that gun is only 15" shorter than her it comes with a bipod that unfolds so you can assume that this thing is heavy [27.5 lbs] and so unwieldy most likely to use this it has to be shot from a prone fixed location not from shoulder-fired standing position- a female shoulder would hurt so much from the recoil certainly not a likely choice for a female assassin
