Found this awesome workout vid on another forum. The woman is Rubint Reka.

The complete video is 155MB and 23:49
Use HJSPLIT to join these parts. But in order for HJSPLIT to join them all properly, you'll have to rename them so that Part 1 is named "rub.avi.001" (instead of "rub.avi.000"), and Part 2 is named "rub.avi.002" (instead of "rub.avi.001"), etc.

Several years ago we taped the Caribbean Workout shows to work out to. Had them sitting on the hard drive for ages now and wondered if any might like to try them out. They're mostly pretty good workouts, but a bit fuzzy (quality wasn't an important factor to us then, so just used slowest speed to record).

The older ones were taught by David Snively, and after a while Shelly McDonald took over the show.

I've cut out the commercials, labeled them as best I can, and included a couple of screenshots from random episodes so you can see if the quality will be ok for you. They're each about 20 minutes long.

Here is the 2nd part of this show, or at least what I have. Never noticed her to have that much on top, but she is really falling out of this outfit! Most boobage I ever saw her expose. She also exposed her age at the time, says she is(was) 45!
