you need a flash player plugin installed. Which browser do you use? Firefox or IE? Plugins are available for both of them. Download Page for Firefox
https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/browse/type:7 Download Page for IE is in Microsoft Network, you have to check Microsoft's Page.
Then it should work.

I seem to be having a similar problem. I'm sure it's got nothing to do with Flash since I have that installed. A few videos are working for me but the majority don't seem to load at all. It's a shame 'cause I'm stuck with the boring ones instead of those pretty catsuit videos.
Does anyone know what the problem might be?

sounds like you have a problem with codecs. Flash is just a Container for videos no matter how they have been coded (DIVX, XVID, H.264 or other Codecs are compatible with Flash). So you need to find out which codec is missing. If you run windows you can download the GSpot Tool which will tell you what codec was used on the file that you can not play.

^That would require me to download the actual videos from Spandextube, etc. But unfortunately that is not the case since I cannot access their download pages via the ISP Im currently using (overseas). I have a feeling they have blocked sites permitting sexual content. I can access the tube properly but the videos are a no show for me. And it seems Im not the only one around here facing these problems, so perhaps its not an ISP-relevant topic but something to do with the features my laptop is capable of performing. I really dont know anymore...
The thing thats puzzling me is how some of the videos are working while others arent. And the codec tips you provided me with require me to actually download the videos from Shinytube, which Im incapable of doing.

Whats the topic of the videos that play? are these videos non-lycra, non-erotic, non-sexual videos? If so there may a family filter or something like that, correct! Then call your ISP and ask to switch off that filter or change the ISP. Maybe a
Proxy will help you, but some sites in the net can not be viewed while using a proxy. And its a real problem to find a proxy that is working!

Problems with ISP can be solved with using sites like hidemyass dot com (proxy) - working one
Flash Player is plugin for your browser.
I am really have no clue whats not working for you, for IE you need flash player.
The videos are for streaming via flash player, should be no problem with watching any vids.

Anyway for those wondering. It was an ISP problem. I downloaded Hotspot shield and now the videos are showing up. Maybe if Lycra Crap reads this he'll realize he can see spandex porn from now on YAAAY!
