Chicken pants, as in jazz pants, kick pants, whatever piece of crap women now wear instead of leggins/tights. Why "chien pants?" you ask? Simple: Because they're too chicken to wear tights/leggings.

flared pants are much more stylish if you ask me, ...also i'm really all about the hips region.
Plus ines's were hardly jazz pants, they only flair way below the knee.
