I've got 32 Ep's of 20MW, 15 Ep's of Everyday Workout, 15ep's of Well Now with Arlysse, 40 Ep's of Body Tech with Sharon Mann and about 40 ep's of Carribean Workout circa 1998-2002. We had some great Aerobics show up here in Canada back in the day. I'll get it all up in time and whether there's demand.

Everyday Workout was filmed near where I live and I always found it odd how Cynthia could look so different from episode to episode. Well Now is the best of that list in my opinion because she usually rocked the Hind gear and it was super shiny and tight. Sharon wore shorts too much and cotton and Carribean was hit and miss.
Again in my opinion and because I'm a fan of tights.

Yaw.. I loved Arlysse that first i watched her show back in 88'.. There's one outfit she wears (Pink untard w/ black suspenders leotard) that makes me drool everytime i see it. She was one sexy milf

had her original show "Fitness for Life" that aired on CFTO (Toronto) back in like 86'... She was sweet. Carribean was good in the early 90's when Shelly & Josie were real cute sexy.. I've onle got a couple of ep's like that... plus the dude was always annoying to take center stage.
I agree about Sharon.. the short ep's are annoying.. She's looks the best in tights and leotard.

One show i loved..but lost all my ep's years ago was F.I.T. another show that aired in Ontario back in the 80's.. It has the closest feel to 20 minute workout without the overt sexuality. Wish somebody has full ep's... Another was "The Fitness People" aired in the late 80's in Toronto.
