for some perverted guys...you find a 'lonely' single mother raising her older/only teenage daughter (from a previous marriage] and hook up with her....obviously she wants a man in her life and a stepfather figure to her daughter and thats were you come in
You see the opportunity; for a double intimate relationship
Not only do you get mom but you also get the daughter as an extra bonus
very nice kit cabinets, looks like a nice place and doing laundry...looks like she is settled w a steady job 
i call it 'double barrell bullpen action'....2 intimate relationships for the price of one!!!!!
