a very short incomplete ad from some old VHS tapes donated to me awhile ago. I posted many of the contents from those VHS tapes to the old forum but will be reposting all of it, except for the 20 Minute Workout episodes, here next. (I can repost the 20 Minute Workout if someone wishes though. The old rapidshare links may still be alive, but I've not checked.)

Here is some Charlene Prickett, that I think folks will like for so many reasons!

Nice shiny outfits, and Charlene's outfit gives her very little support, so her breasts bounce around like crazy! Don't think it's this clip, but one time she's wearing this type of outfit she even says what great support it provides, as her breasts are bouncing like yo-yo's! 9 minutes, all I have from this show.

Here is a Laserdisc I have from the great show, Aerobicise. Early 80's, which later became the much tone downed 20 minute workout.
I first saw this on Showtime in the early 80's.(Had showtime via an antennae on our roof!) Imagine being 13-14, and seeing this on tv at 3 in the afternoon!!!!

Anyway....
Don't know why laserdiscs should be worse than converting a DVD, but even 8 minute clips were too big to upload to rapidshare, unless I ran them through windows movie maker twice!(didn't think of that at first) Even 180 MB clips were having to be uploaded 3-4 times before they would truly upload. If it sounds like this is a lame attempt for some sympathy...you are correct!

Part one of...many parts. 4:48...do not adjust your monitor, you will see non trippy stuff later on.
Something about the way the female narrator said...WARNING! was really sexy to me.

Thanks Snacky, always liked Ms. Richards as well.

I feel I have more Fitness Pros than I have found so far! May find a bunch on one tape, but so far, this is it....

Here are a couple of Fitness pro's clips with Tamilee Webb and Tracy York. My ADD clearly was in full bloom as you will see a few channel changes while it was on, sorry!

Well Snacky, I think this 2 minutes is different than the first part I put up....hard to tell sometimes with the sound down...
I use cyberlink DVD suite (Cuz it's free, came with the computer, and I figured it out) and it chops stuff into 5 minute parts. Found this about 10 minutes ahead, when I was sure there was no more from that show....

Bums in slow motion 2

Featuring lots of Wendy, Jodie, Michelle, Michelle and a little bit of June Jones. Wendy looks fantastic in that yellow outfit, I have some more of her in that outfit on another video.....but with 55 videos to look through, I've no idea where!

Also notable are some clips from the only ever episode I've seen taped at night, and the shiny pink outfits look pretty nice too. I might post the full workout sometime in the future.
